Grape origin: Cruz de Piedra (Maipú).
Vineyards: 9-year grafted vines. Traditional cultivation and irrigated via flooding.
Variety: Syrah, 2006 vintage.
Parral: 9-years.
Yield: 90 quintals per hectare.

Type: red wine enhanced by French oak wood.
Elaborated under the supervision of Michel Rolland’s team in Mendoza: Optimumly ripe grapes harvested in 18-kg boxes, grapes are selected upon arrival at the winery, fermented at 24-26º C (76-79° F). A long maceration of 4 weeks.

Quantity produced: approximately 3000 bottles.

Comments: Wine of an intense violet colour, high concentration and much body, with fruited aromas, violets and spices, the results of a perfect management of the vineyards and of the optimum maturity of the grapes.
We recommend decanting for several minutes and to be consumed at 18-20°C (65-68° F). It can be enjoyed with all types of meats and cheeses.
