"Malbec - Finca Deneza"had been introduced as "Malbec - El Galgo".
Grape origin: Exclusively from Finca Deneza-Calle Cobos, Perdriel (Luján de Cuyo).
Vineyards: 85-year-old espaliers. Traditional cultivation and irrigated via flooding.
Variety: Malbec, 2004 vintage
Yield: less than 90 quintals per hectare.
Type: Red wine heightened with French oak.
Elaborated under the supervision of Michel Rolland’s team, in Mendoza. Ripe grapes harvested in 18-kg boxes. Grapes selected upon arrival at the winery. Fermented at 25-27º C (77-81° F). A 4-week maceration period before pressing.
Quantity produced: approximately 15,000 liters.

Comments: A highly concentrated wine. It presents aromas of red fruit and plums that combine in perfect harmony with the vanilla and chocolate contributed by the Oak. It should be decanted for several minutes, and consumed at 18-20° C (65-68° F).
